Where do you provide services?

Concierge Speech is all about convenience! We come to you and provide speech therapy services in the comfort of your own home. We cover the Birmingham Metro area. If you have questions about coverage in your area, please reach out directly.

Do you only see children?

No. Concierge Speech is dedicated to seeing both children and adults that may have speech, language, or swallowing impairments. We offer a wide variety of services and see individuals from 20 months to 100 years old!

How do I make an appointment?

Do you accept insurance?

Concierge Speech is private pay only, however, we do provide superbills at request of the client. Superbills can be used with some insurance agencies to reimburse services that would otherwise be covered by insurance. Call us today for pricing of each service and ask your insurance provider if you qualify for using superbills.

What is your cancellation policy?

If needed, we encourage you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. You will be charged a small fee for same day cancellations. You will be charged for the entire session if we have a scheduled, confirmed appointment and you are not at the home when we arrive.
