LSVT LOUD® Program
What is it?
LSVT LOUD® is a specialized speech therapy program designed for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions. The treatment focuses on enhancing voice quality and effectiveness. Parkinson’s disease affects the motor and sensory systems, often causing individuals to speak in a softer voice without realizing it. LSVT LOUD® helps recalibrate these systems, empowering individuals to speak louder and more confidently in everyday life!
The program involves intensive therapy, with sessions held 4 days a week for 4 consecutive weeks. If you’re within one of our service areas, we’ll come to you! For those outside our coverage area, we also offer virtual sessions, provided the individual can effectively participate via teletherapy. This level of intensity is essential to achieving the best outcomes.
How does it work?
If you or a loved one could benefit from this program, contact us via email or phone. For Medicare recipients, a doctor’s order is required and can be faxed directly to us. Once we receive the order, we’ll discuss your concerns, schedule an evaluation, and begin the treatment process after confirming candidacy and availability.

Why LSVT LOUD®?
LSVT LOUD® is an intensive speech therapy program designed to stimulate neuroplasticity in the brain and improve vocal function. Individuals with Parkinson’s disease often experience a gradual decline in vocal loudness and quality as the condition progresses. Many perceive their voice as being at a 'normal' volume, even when it is significantly quieter. LSVT LOUD® helps raise awareness of this voice deficit while enabling individuals to consistently speak louder in everyday life.
This program may also benefit individuals with other neurological conditions. Have you or a loved one noticed changes in your voice following a diagnosis? Contact us today to learn more about LSVT LOUD® and explore your candidacy for the program!
