Founder & Owner

"It is my passion to empower others through effective communication and their ability to make meaningful connections in this world."

Jillian is a certified speech-language pathologist who earned her master's degree from the University of Alabama. Her career began with the adult population at a skilled nursing facility in Birmingham, where she gained extensive experience in aphasia, cognitive, swallowing, memory care, and voice therapy for patients with stroke, TBI, dementia, and related conditions.

She later expanded her work to the pediatric population, treating children with Autism, Down Syndrome, language impairments, fluency disorders, articulation deficits, and other developmental disorders. Jillian specializes in language therapy for children and adults, cognitive-communication, social skills, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

She founded Concierge Speech to help individuals of all ages communicate more effectively and connect with the world around them.

Peyton Hubbard, M.S., CCC-SLP

Peyton Hubbard, M.S., CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Peyton is a licensed speech-language pathologist with experience in early childhood settings. She earned her master's degree from Samford University and her bachelor's degree from Auburn University.

Her career includes the Birmingham City Schools preschool program and the Woolley Institute for Spoken Language Education (WISE), where she worked with deaf children on listening and spoken language. She also works at The Bell Center for Early Intervention on a transdisciplinary team serving children birth to three.

Peyton specializes in early language development, social communication, and AAC. She is trained in the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding. She lives in Birmingham with her husband David, son Jones, and goldendoodle Hendrix.

Speech-Language Pathologist

Elizabeth is a licensed speech-language pathologist with experience treating adults across multiple clinical settings. She earned her master's degree from the University of Alabama.

Her career includes skilled nursing facilities in Birmingham, acute care hospitals, long-term acute care, and a ventilator weaning unit. She currently works at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, treating cognitive and language impairments, dysphagia, and motor speech disorders.

Elizabeth lives with her husband, one-year-old daughter, and 14-year-old Border Collie.

Speech-Language Pathologist

Cat is a licensed speech-language pathologist who earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama and her master's degree from the University of Montevallo.

Throughout her career, she has worked with both pediatric and adult populations, which has allowed her to develop a well-rounded perspective in speech-language pathology. She is especially passionate about working with children and helping them build communication skills that allow them to thrive in everyday life.

One of the most rewarding parts of her work is watching children grow in confidence, connect with others, and flourish over time through therapy. Cat strives to create a positive, encouraging environment for clients and their families, and she looks forward to continuing to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact as part of the Concierge Speech team.

Carrie, M.S., CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Carrie is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist with eight years of experience across early intervention and school-based settings. She earned her master's degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Montevallo and her bachelor's degree in communication disorders from Auburn University.

After beginning her career with adults, she transitioned to working with pediatrics through United Ability's Hand in Hand Early Intervention program, and then to the Birmingham City Schools District. In addition to Concierge Speech Birmingham LLC, Carrie currently works with Vestavia Hills City Schools, where she provides speech and language services to preschool and elementary-aged students.

Carrie specializes in pediatric therapy including receptive and expressive language, articulation, pragmatics, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication. She enjoys collaborating closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support success and improve outcomes across home, school, and community settings. Outside of work, Carrie's greatest source of joy is time spent with her husband, two daughters, and their dog.
